Specific Duties of the Secretary:

  • Shall perform all general secretarial duties; including taking minutes of the Executive Committee meetings, Annual General Meeting and at General Meetings when required; maintain a minute book for the guild, keep copies of all correspondence received or sent out by the Guild, and shall;
  • Be responsible, should the need arise, for mailing of proposed Constitutional Amendments to all Guild members;
  • Submit and sign minutes of previous meeting;
  • Taking of attendance not required;
  • Will have previous minutes available for members to read; and
  • Be a signing officer for the bank account and on agreements.
